What a great experience!! I saw a boat for sale on their website, called to ask about it, and Steve couldn’t have been more helpful and forthcoming with the information he had about the boat!! We drove 4 hours to see it in person, and we really liked it and left a deposit. Subsequently, we asked about the boat’s owners manual, which is always really helpful when learning about a new vehicle, and Steve persuaded the owner (another very nice and knowledgeable boat guy named Brian) to look for and find that for us, then Steve had to rush to get it to the boat before it was put on the trailer for delivery to us!! He had also put us in touch with Chris, who had Kevin deliver the boat to us yesterday. All in all, it was a much speedier process than it could have been, which meant that we were driving the boat just a short week after we saw it!! Thank you, Steve, for being so helpful and kind!!

We purchased a Monterrey M225 from Mr. Shaw Newman at Galahad Sales in Deltaville. We had been looking for over a year and several brokers had failed to help us refine our search to what we needed and desired. I would characterize these brokers as impatient, pre-occupied, and only interested in taking an order. Then we met Shaw. Shaw was an absolute professional. He was patient and understood what we needed and helped us verbalized our requirements. He has been an invaluable asset post-sale as well. We arrived at Norview Marina Sunday, June 2nd with generator issues. They took us right in. WONDERFUL facility VERY friendly staff. Just walked up and asked some random guy in a Galahad Shirt a question. He dropped what he was doing, took a true interest in our question, and asked if we needed anything else. We aren’t even members. Went to another part of the Marina, and did the same thing with the same response. This time, it turned out to be Dominic, the owner. I’ve been to a bunch of marines!
